Norman E. Clarke
Founder, Senior Managing Partner, Scottsdale
Mr. Clarke has 25 years experience in telecommunications, electronics, software and venture capital financing. He was a senior sales and marketing executive with AT&T and MCI before moving to Phoenix based Three-Five Systems. At Three-Five Systems (NYSE: TFS), he led the sales and marketing group, assisted on the Company's public offering and established the Company's Motorola account. TFS went from $6 million to $120 million in sales and was the fastest growing company on Wall Street for two consecutive years. He later went on as a senior executive in several different venture capital backed companies, including President of Capdata Systems Inc. Mr. Clarke has been an active member of Arizona's venture capital community for the past 18 years including 4 years as a partner with the venture capital firm Blackwater Capital Group. He is credited with numerous private financings and several public offerings. Mr. Clarke holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Kevin R. Loud
Senior Managing Partner, Scottsdale
Mr. Loud has over 25 years experience in telecommunications and technologies. He has mostly served in position supporting hyper company growth through capitalizations and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Loud was CEO and Co-Founder of a next generation integrated telecommunication company, Vanion Inc. that was primarily financed with venture capital. Prior to that he was one of the Founders of an ISP that eventually went public as RMI.Net (NASDAQ symbol - RMII). Between 1994 and 1995 Mr. Loud served as Vice President of Marketing for Qwest Communications International, Inc.. In the early to mid-1990's he consulted with regional and national communication companies on business development and financial structure. Mr. Loud began his career in telecommunications in 1983 when he co-founded with private equity, a long distance company, name Houston Network, Inc. He remained there through its acquisition by Wiltel, Inc. (later to be renamed MCI) in 1989 and operated the company under the new name of Vyvx as a held subsidiary. Mr. Loud holds a Masters in Business Administration from William and Mary graduating Beta Gamma Sigma, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from UCLA.

Robert W. Peach
Managing Director, Scottsdale
Mr. Peach has over 30 years of experience in technology and computing and has been involved in the startup of several successful businesses. He is a founding Managing Partner of Saguaro Venture Partners where he continues to work with many early-stage companies. Mr. Peach has created sales and technical teams that were responsible for large-scale system deployments to DOE, NASA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and many universities. As Vice President of Sales for Silicon Valley-based 1Direct, he led a successful buyout effort and created Rand Federal, an IT systems integrator to the federal government and large prime contractors. Mr. Peach was a co-founder of Abba Technologies in New Mexico and led the sales and technical team to over $20M per year in revenue by year three. From 1989 to 1993, he was a Digital Equipment Corp. consultant responsible for graphics and supercomputing solutions at Los Alamos National Lab. While attending the University of Arizona, he was a programmer-analyst for Control Data's Mineral Systems team that developed the GeoCyber, the first 3-D mine design system. Mr. Peach served in the Intelligence branch of the United States Air Force and has held both DOD and DOE security clearances.
Jay St. Clair
Managing Director, Scottsdale
Mr. St. Clair has 30 years experience in management consulting, corporate finance, business insurance and investment banking. As President of Integrus Capital Group, Mr. St. Clair led acquisition of multi-line insurance companies and their merger with a national, web-delivered managing general agency. As Managing Director for Capital Risk Consultants Inc., Mr. St. Clair developed national wrap-up and captive insurance programs for several of the nation's largest homebuilders. For a national Human Resources software firm he established a distribution joint venture with EDS. He was a senior executive with The St. Paul Companies and earlier with Security Pacific National Bank, and began his career as a Management Consultant for Ernst & Young and later for KPMG, where he became Western Regional Practice Director for strategic and organization planning projects. He was assigned to Northrop Corporation during the formative years of the B-2 Stealth Bomber project, where he held a DOD security clearance. Other Clients included Summa Corporation, California State University System, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, the World Bank, H J Heinz, American Stores, ARCO, Caesar's, and Getty Trust. Mr. St. Clair holds BA degrees in Philosophy and International Relations from USC, and also an MBA in International Finance. At Harvard University he was a lecturer at the Graduate School of Business. He held an NASD license as a General Securities Principal (Series 24). Mr. St. Clair and his wife Patty have four adult children who are in succeeding in college or in careers of their own.

D. Roy Serventi

Mr. Serventi is a seasoned advisor in the areas of strategy, corporate finance, investment management and investment banking. He has more than 20 years of global industry experience having served as an adviser on a variety of transactions, ranging from mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate divestitures, private company sales and debt restructurings in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Serventi is known for his passion for delivering quality services and results and is recognized for his creativity in maximizing value. His experience also included the management of multi-million dollar tribal nation trust accounts where he worked closely with federal Indian Bureau, casino and housing authorities. He was formerly a Director of HFS Capital a Washington D.C. based Investment Bank and Private Equity firm and was a Principal of Blackwater Capital Group, LLC a Chicago based early-stage Venture Capital Fund. As an entrepreneur Mr. Serventi has worked with start-ups, private/family-owned, middle market public and Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including real estate, Internet, ecommerce, entertainment, food service and telecommunications. He is active in local community affairs and issues related to international cross-border relations. He is fluent in Spanish and an experienced authority in the area of Latin American investment banking and business development. Roger K. Marach, has over 30 years of experience in financial management, the last 22 in senior executive positions at both privately and publicly held companies. Marach spent over ten years as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a publicly traded, global semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer headquartered in Arizona. Between the initial public offering and two follow-on equity offerings, Marach raised $230 million for this company in the space of three years. He has participated in building several manufacturing and service companies to levels at which they could compete effectively on a global basis. He has also negotiated and managed the merger, acquisition and/or divestiture of various companies. In addition to his finance and manufacturing experience, Marach's background includes management of international operations in the Far East specifically Japan, Taiwan, and Korea as well as Western Europe and Mexico. Marach holds a Master of Management degree in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago, IL). James Jenks

President, TIP Electronics, LLC. TIP Electronics, LLC ("TIP") which was formed in 2002. TIP Electronics provides equipment life-cycle management services to the electronics industry for semiconductor production, automated test and printed circuit board assembly equipment. At TIP, Mr. Jenks is responsible for strategic direction of the TIP Electronics organization including managing the TIP Global Alliance organization.
Mr. Jenks brings more than 30 years of experience in the high-technology end of leasing and asset management services. In July, 2002, he formed TIP Electronics to buy, sell and lease semiconductor production equipment on a worldwide basis. In 1992, he was part of the founding team for Comdisco Electronics Group which grew to become the global leader of equipment lifecycle management services. In 1999, he helped co-found of Comdisco Manufacturing Solutions, responsible for delivering value-added, equipment management solutions to the industrial manufacturing industry.
Before joining Comdisco in 1992, he held numerous sales management positions in several leasing companies, including branch manager, assistant vice president for GE Capital Commercial Equipment Finance and branch manager Equitable Life Leasing Corporation (ELLCO). Prior to ELLCO, he held various sales and sales management positions with US Leasing Corporation, the then premier vendor sales aid program provider.
Jenks has a B.S in business administration from the Golden Gate University. Mr. Jenks sits on the Board of Directors of ROI Networks and is the President of the Board of a local Phoenix Chamber
